1. Service

LawNest provides cloud-based practice management software for law firms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your firm.

2. Your data

You retain ownership of client and matter data you enter into LawNest. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for obtaining any client consents required by your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use LawNest for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly or annually (your choice at checkout) unless canceled. Trial periods convert to paid plans when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Disclaimer

LawNest is software tooling, not legal advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
